At grapeisgood, your satisfaction means everything to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can return your clothing items and receive a refund when needed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items within 14 days of delivery. All tags must remain intact. Custom-tailored or clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@grapeisgood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return first and then place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
